All orders are made to order and typically take 2–7 business days to be fulfilled before they are shipped. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

• Greece & EU: 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
• International: 7–20 business days after fulfillment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as high demand periods or customs delays may impact your order.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50 within the EU.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ThreadCrafters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@threadcrafters.shop. We will file a claim with the shipping provider or explore options for reshipment or refund. Please include your order number and any relevant details.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before submitting your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and results in a returned or lost shipment, additional charges may apply to resend the item.
