30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@threadcrafters.shop. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important Notes on Print-on-Demand Items
Many of our items are produced on demand. Therefore, returns are not accepted for reasons such as size, color, or buyer’s remorse. We accept returns only for defective or damaged items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to place a new order after your return is approved and processed.
Return Shipping
Unless your item is defective or incorrect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We’ll send a prepaid return label only if the return is approved due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@threadcrafters.shop, and we’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale items or gift cards
- Intimate or personal care items
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, or flowers)

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same eligibility criteria apply: items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@threadcrafters.shop.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including any taxes paid at the time of purchase.
